All About Flowers at 14900 Southwest Van Buren Avenue, Indiantown, Florida.

I ordered flowers to be delivered over the phone 4/14/17, received a receipt on text and email immediately. They claimed over the course of 2 days that they "attempted" to deliver them. NEVER was I, the customer, called/emailed/texted that the flowers were "undeliverable because of a gate." (Even though the Owner, Tabiltha, said that she would text me a picture of the bouquet). She knew how important the delivery was...and were ordered DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER. When I called to say that the flowers were not delivered on 4/17/17, her response was "1. they tried 2. they left a note (but they didn't). 3. I know I never called you to tell you they were 'undeliverable' because I was too busy. Tabitha (Owner) said that her solution was to give me 1/2 my money back. I explained that a full refund was in order, or she should at least check the address with me and RE-DELIVER THEM. She said that she wouldn't and that she was never going to make me happy, didn't want to do business, and hung up the phone on me....too bad they wouldn't have tried to make the business arrangement correct, instead took my money and said, 'TOO BAD." Buyers be aware!!!
